How will I be notified?

You can provide your Telegram ID when you complete the Participation Form above or during our ongoing surveys. We choose Telegram as our preferred communication channel because it is anonymous and encrypted to ensure your privacy.

 

Once you’ve received an invitation to participate in our research study, please follow the instructions outlined in the invitation message.

 

How do I know if this research is legitimate?

Telegram communications from our User Research Team can always be verified at the Bybit Verification Center. You can check the authenticity of our Telegram ID here.

 

Bybit has a global Customer Support team committed to assisting you. If you have any doubt about the authenticity of the invitation received, please do not hesitate to verify with our Customer Support by providing a screenshot of the Telegram chat.

 

Important Things to Note

• Bybit will never ask you for login information such as passwords, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes, or security questions.
• Bybit will never ask you to send your cryptocurrency or your own funds to anyone.
• Bybit will also never request control of your devices via Remote Desktop Access software.
• Bybit will never ask you for your wallet seed phrase.

Our research focuses on gaining insights into your experiences, thoughts, and opinions. While we may occasionally request your UID, it is primarily for the purpose of communication or compensation, not individual identification. We are committed to refraining from collecting any personal details not related to our research objectives.

Acknowledging Your Contribution

Participants in our one-on-one research sessions receive tokens of appreciation for their invaluable insights. We will inform you of the exact amount prior to your participation. Rewards are typically credited directly to your Bybit account within three weeks after the session.

 

Preparing for Your Session

Any prerequisites or preparations needed for a research session will be explicitly stated in the research invitation. Otherwise, only a stable internet connection and a device with reliable performance are required.

Our objective for the research is to collect your authentic experiences. We’d like to emphasize that there are no 'correct' or 'expected' answers. We value feedback that truly reflects your personal user experience. Research interviews typically range from 30 minutes to an hour, while research surveys are designed to be completed within 3 to 15 minutes.
